Private landowners with more than about 10 acres in
a city or more than about 40 acres in a rural setting acreage can now
enroll their land in the Minnesota Land Trust. In many cases the
private landowner will receive tax advantages and in all cases they
will have the piece of mind of knowing that their land and trees are
protected. |
